Handmade cabin of adobe, wood and stone, built in the Boyacá tradition at the top of a mountain in the Mortiño area, with the widest view of the Valle de Tenza. A steel frame and glass give it a feel that is rustic and modern at once. It has a bedroom with a double bed and an extra bed, a kitchen with a fridge and full kitchenware, and a wooden panoramic balcony five metres high.
It is surrounded by a hectare of native forest with trails. It is rented whole and is private and quiet, with no close neighbours.
For monthly stays, water, gas, wifi and electricity are included, and the cabin is cleaned with a change of sheets once a week. Self check-in with a lockbox from 3:00 p.m.; check-out until 12:00 noon. Quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No parties or events, and no smoking. The last stretch is a steep dirt track: an SUV is recommended, though a car makes it going slowly. Parking is at a farm up the hill, about 300 metres on foot from the cabin.

La estructura metálica y los vidrios le dan un aire rústico y moderno a la vez. Tiene dormitorio con cama doble y cama adicional, cocina equipada con nevera y menaje completo, y un balcón panorámico de madera a cinco metros de altura.
La rodea una hectárea de bosque nativo con senderos. Se renta completa y es un lugar privado y silencioso, sin vecinos cercanos.
En las estadías por meses se incluyen agua, gas, wifi y luz, y el aseo con cambio de sábanas se hace una vez por semana. Llegada autónoma con caja de seguridad desde las 3:00 p. m.; salida hasta las 12:00 m. Horas de silencio de 10:00 p. m. a 8:00 a. m. No se permiten fiestas ni eventos, y no se puede fumar. El último tramo es una loma destapada: se recomienda camioneta, aunque en carro también se llega si se va despacio. El parqueadero queda en lo alto, en la finca del señor Horacio, y desde ahí son unos 300 metros a pie hasta la cabaña.

Once you send a booking request, the host is notified that you are interested in their listing. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your booking.

While arranging a contract on Flatio, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the hosts on Flatio.

If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the host and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).

If you send a message to Flatio's Support Team requesting cancelation of the booking ("termination from the start date") within 48 hours after the lease agreement becomes valid, you're entitled to get back all the money you paid for the service fee.
After 48 hours, you're entitled to a refund of the service fee in the form of a "voucher" equal to the amount of the service fee you paid. The voucher can be used for your next booking and is valid for 12 months. If the service fee for your next booking is lower than the voucher amount, we'll issue you a new voucher for the remaining amount, valid for 12 months.
