Guarantee of legal certainty. The lease agreements are in full compliance with the laws of the country where the lease is negotiated via Flatio. No matter whether you stay there for one or twelve months.
Online agreement in your language. The basis is an agreement concluded in the language of the place of the lease, but the agreement is always translated into English and the most frequently used languages. The agreement is always signed online, so you can conclude it wherever you are in the world.
Guarantee of a trustworthy presentation of the apartment. With Flatio, you may rest assured the apartment looks exactly as presented. And if, by any chance, the condition of the apartment does not match the description in the listing, we will refund your full rent and fees and give you 7 days of free hotel rooms.
Comfortable extension. Do you want to stay longer in the apartment? No problem. If the owner confirms the apartment is available for you, you will extend the agreement online. Similarly, an agreement may be terminated with a simple 30-day notice, once again, online.
All-inclusive price. The rent includes all services, including utilities and Wi-Fi, and it is not charged unless it exceeds 15 % of the rent. This saves you a lot of paperwork at the time of the apartment handover. If a property does not offer Wi-Fi, it is clearly indicated on the listing page.
Always 30 days ahead. Whether you move in at the beginning or half way through the month, the rent paid always covers the 30 days that follow. With Flatio, the “month" always starts with you moving in and you will never pay multiple rents at the same time.
Take photos of the apartment. We recommend that you take photos showing the current condition of the apartment on the first and the last day of the lease and send the pictures to us. The photos, along with a signed handover report, will be of great assistance when dealing with any unpleasant situations we hope will never occur.

I was here for one month and absolutely loved it. Mortiz is a sweet and welcoming host, and so is his roommates. It is a bright and charming apartment, the area is great, close to grocery shopping, gyms and downtown Lisbon.
During my stay here, I decided I wanted to stay longer in Lisbon and I think renting the room from Moritz, and meeting his roommates was a great start to make me feel at home in a city where i didn't know anyone.
This is especially a good place for you if you like a clean place with good energy, where there is space to be yourself and socilaize with some wonderful people. :)

I loved staying at Moritz's room. The flat is beautiful and spacious, the bed is super comfortable, and the roommates are awesome. Location couldn't be any better. And Mortiz was always making sure everything was alright. I highly recommend this stay.

Saldanha is one of the best areas to stay in Lisbon. You can find anything you need around, including shops, gyms, green spaces, and transportation to go everywhere. The street where the apartment is located is also very quiet.
