Guarantee of legal certainty. The lease agreements are in full compliance with the laws of the country where the lease is negotiated via Flatio. No matter whether you stay there for one or twelve months.
Online agreement in your language. The basis is an agreement concluded in the language of the place of the lease, but the agreement is always translated into English and the most frequently used languages. The agreement is always signed online, so you can conclude it wherever you are in the world.
Guarantee of a trustworthy presentation of the apartment. With Flatio, you may rest assured the apartment looks exactly as presented. And if, by any chance, the condition of the apartment does not match the description in the listing, we will refund your full rent and fees and give you 7 days of free hotel rooms.
Comfortable extension. Do you want to stay longer in the apartment? No problem. If the owner confirms the apartment is available for you, you will extend the agreement online. Similarly, an agreement may be terminated with a simple 30-day notice, once again, online.
All-inclusive price. The rent includes all services, including utilities and Wi-Fi, and it is not charged unless it exceeds 15 % of the rent. This saves you a lot of paperwork at the time of the apartment handover. If a property does not offer Wi-Fi, it is clearly indicated on the listing page.
Always 30 days ahead. Whether you move in at the beginning or half way through the month, the rent paid always covers the 30 days that follow. With Flatio, the “month" always starts with you moving in and you will never pay multiple rents at the same time.
Take photos of the apartment. We recommend that you take photos showing the current condition of the apartment on the first and the last day of the lease and send the pictures to us. The photos, along with a signed handover report, will be of great assistance when dealing with any unpleasant situations we hope will never occur.

Great stay in a central location right within a shopping mall. Communication with Vitor was excellent - he was always available. The flat was regularly cleaned to a very professional standards every week. Everyone was very friendly and made our stay enjoyable. The access to the co-working space was a great benefit too.

The exit of the appartment is actually the exit of the Solmar Avenida shopping center. You walk straight into the harbour. Hence, instead of waisting your time in front of television, you feel obliged to take a walk in the harbour to enjoy a beautiful sunset or a beer at the water....

Apartment had most of the things you might need for a few weeks stay. The only thing we missed was a little more storage space in the room. Apart from that - clean, new, well-equipped apartment in a good price in the center of Ponta Delgada. Also - be sure to check out the coworking space, if you are planning to work or learn during your stay. It's really lovely:)

Good access by car, and location is center of city. With accomodation you get place in cowork office. And people who offer this accomodation are very kind.
