The due dates are calculated according to the beginning/end of the lease and are based on the obligations, rights, or guarantees that the lease agreement provides for both parties. Therefore, it's strongly recommended that you don't change the due dates. However, it's up to you and the agreement with the landlord whether you negotiate a different payment calendar.
