Who are the parties to the lease agreement?

Who are the two parties that can agree on any changes within the lease? This article can help you understand how the lease is set.

The lease agreement contract is directly between the potential tenant (who becomes the “tenant” when the contractual process concludes) and the landlord.

Any time you want to amend an existing contract, it is always necessary to have the explicit consent of the counterparty (the landlord must, therefore, have the consent of the potential tenant/tenant and vice versa) and to provide proof of this consent, e.g., a screenshot of the related communication.
