Sunrise and Sunset in Malasaña - Madrid

Jesús was an extremely helpful owner with an amazing apartment! He was very quick with responses throughout, especially with helping to accommodate for move-in and move-out. The apartment was perfect for our needs. It had a very large bedroom, great workspace (with fast internet), hot water, a well-set up kitchen, and great views of the city. The location is perfect if you want to take advantage of Madrid city center, right by many cafes, shops and restaurants and metro access. I highly recommend!

Neighborhood
The apartment is located in Malasaña, which is a very "hip" neighborhood with lots of cafes, restaurants, and shops. Jesús' apartment is located on the "quieter" side of San Bernardo street, which is very nice because at night it is quiet. The apartment is around the corner from a metro (line 2) and a few blocks away from line 10 and 3 as well. Very safe to walk at night at all hours, and there are even some 24 hour shops nearby for food.

Recommended places nearby
For breakfast/cafes, Brunchit, Sweet Studio and Federal Cafe are both close and nice! Federal Cafe is also great if you need to do some work, with fast internet and designated "laptop" seating. Calle Palma and Calle Pez, and Corre Alta de San Pablo are also full of many restaurants and cool shops as well.
