About me
Hello, I'm Sal and I'm available to help you during your stay. I work in media and travel for a living but Lisbon became my elected place to live and grow a family. My place is ideal for a couple or a small family. It's an open door concept. It has an amazing view over the city. São Jorge Castle, Tagus River, Cristo Rei and the 25 de Abril Bridge are some of the city highlights you can see just from standing at the window. Sits at the edge of the coolest, hippest and most culturally diverse neighbourhood and the city center. A neighbourhood that allows you to feel the original buzz of the city and its local costumes. One of the most sought out streets in the city. Due to it’s central location you can go in any direction fast. 15-minute ride to the airport. 15/20-minute ride to the beach. 30-minute ride to Sintra, Cascais and many other surrounding points of interest. 10 minute walk to downtown and main tourist attractions. 15 minute walk to the bohemian neighbourhoods of Cais do Sodré and Principe Real (night life). Supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, co-working spaces of all sorts at your door. Amazing city view points and gardens 2 minutes away from your door for sunset picnics or just to hang out. Tasteful and equipped with everything you need. Nice and quiet building with a mix of local and international students and the essencial charismatic locals.
Your hobbies
I studied film. My favourite filmeis Cool Hand Luke, my favourite director is Jean-Pierre Melville. I surf, run, swim and play tennis. All very poorly but with loads of enthusiasm. I like reading sci-fi pulpy novels and existencial essays. I'm into jazz as much as I am in to doom. I make my own hot-sauce and love to cook for my family. We are plant based and love the desert.
