A cute neighbourhood with plenty of bars and cafés to choose from, as well as a big shopping mall nearby. Right around the corner from Móricz Zsigmond körtér, which has great transit connections, such as the M4 metro.

The Libella bar was a very authentic Hungarian experience to me, it seemed like a place only the locals knew about. Lots of places in the area cater to students at the nearby universities too.

Working and residential neighborhood, very calm, with a tram station just ahead of the apartment that let you go to the center of the city.
A mall with restaurants and supermakets at less than 15min walk

Stayed for 35 days, while working on an art project in the city. The flat is small, but exactly as pictured, overall it was exactly what I was looking for. Recommended!

Kényelmes kis apartman, egy fő számára tökéletes. Szuper helyen, villamos, HÉV gyakorlatilag a ház előtt. Segítőkész tulajdonos.
Talán csak annyit jegyeznék meg, hogy a szék túl alacsony a konyhapulthoz.

Great location, everything you could need is nearby (food, shopping, transportation, etc). The flat is spacious and comes equipped with everything for a comfortable stay. The host is very friendly.

The owner is helpful, quick to respond, and nearby if you have any questions. The apartment is true to the pictures, clean, simple yet comfortable and is an excellent location.

A lakás mindenben megfelelt a leírtaknak! Szépen felújított és rendben tartott,teljesen élhető 1-2 fő részére. Lokációját tekintve is ideális,remek a közlekedés Pest bármely irányába. A tulajdonos kedves és segítőkész volt,minden kérdésünkre szinte azonnal reagált,közvetlen,barátságos ember!

Forgalmas a Soroksári út miatt ( ezt a lakásban mivel belső udvari, egyáltalán nem lehet érzékelni) szemben a Nemzeti Színház. A házban van étterem és dohánybolt is,egy saroknyira élelmiszerbolt sokáig nyitva. Ezek minden alapvető szükségletet kielégítenek. A környék dinamikusan fejlődik.

There is a large park right next to the house, a public transport stop 2 minutes from the house, and there is a large shopping center within walking distance

The apartment was really nice, also in a great location. David was always quick to reply when we had questions, making sure our stay is comfortable.

David was great. Helpful and communicative and super flexible. The apartment was clean and exactly as described. The AC was a must in August. Great view and the windows shut out any sound from the street below. The bus is literally 2 steps from the apartment and it’s super easing to get there from the airport. I enjoyed my time here and will miss it! Thanks David!
Neighborhood
Locals live in this area. The mall next door has a pretty good selection of stores. Most shopkeepers speak bare minimum English so don’t expect it, but everyone is friendly if you smile and greet them. The prices are good because tourists aren’t common. The apartments are beautiful old buildings and it’s very historical energy.
