I have been renting out my flats via Airbnb (I am a superhost) since 2012, except for the period of the Covid epidemic when we moved to Upper Austria to help my daughter with the children. Viktoria was very communicative and quick to respond, making the whole experience smooth and easy. The apartment is spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable. Great location too — just a short walk from the U-Bahn, so getting around is simple and convenient

The apartment is in Meidling Hauptstraße — a lively yet relaxed area with plenty of shops, cafés, and local charm. It’s well-connected by U-Bahn and feels safe and convenient for daily living.

Kurz vor Einzug wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass es kein Internet gibt – obwohl in der Anzeige WiFi angegeben war. Stattdessen stand nur ein mobiler Router mit SIM-Karte bereit, den ich selbst installieren musste. Die Verbindung war instabil und musste regelmäßig neu gestartet werden. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren nicht gereinigt, was zu einer schlechten ersten Nacht und einer Hautreaktion führte. Viele Fenster ließen sich kaum öffnen, eines gar nicht schließen. In der Küche fehlten grundlegende Dinge, Fernseher und Kamin funktionierten nicht. Keine Ansprechperson vor Ort. Ich würde diese Unterkunft aus diesem Grund nicht noch einmal buchen.
