The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed. The building and the apartment was clean. The property management team was good with responding to some issues we had with an appliance. They were also very accommodating with checkin and checkout times. Really, I thought they were great. I was a bit surprised, however, when I received an email 2 weeks after we checked out saying there were hair product stains on the bedding and they wanted us to pay for it. We never used any hair products or cause any stains and I didn’t like being accused of this. They should come at checkin and checkout to verify the condition.

Ich und 4 Kollegen hatten das Vergnügen, in diesem wunderschönen Apartment in Lissabon zu übernachten und wir können es nur empfehlen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, die man sich für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt wünschen kann. Die Lage ist ebenfalls ausgezeichnet - in der Nähe der U-Bahn-Station Rato.
Besonders beeindruckt hat mich jedoch die unglaubliche Gastfreundschaft und Hilfsbereitschaft der Kontaktperson, die jederzeit für uns da war und uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand. Sie war sogar außerhalb der normalen Geschäftszeiten erreichbar und half uns bei allen Fragen und Anliegen. Ich war wirklich beeindruckt von ihrem Engagement und ihrer Professionalität.
Insgesamt war es ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt und ich würde jederzeit wieder in diesem Apartment übernachten. Ich kann es jedem Reisenden nur empfehlen, der eine gemütliche Unterkunft in Lissabon sucht und eine wirklich außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft erleben möchte.

If you're looking for a peaceful location away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this apartment is the perfect choice. The apartment is in good condition with all the necessary amenities, including regular cleaning every 15 days. Although there was a minor blockage issue, it was promptly resolved by the landlord's worker, and the apartment was clean and redecorated. The landlord was accommodating and understanding when I had difficulty making a payment on time. The area is safe and has everything you need within reach. The landlord was sociable and always willing to help. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and safe place to live.

We had a great stay and anytime we had an issue the landlord was very was quick to respond and send someone over.

Great location right across from the bus station and within a 5 minute walk to lots of restaurants and shops and the promenade by the marina.

Our apartment was in a beautiful location facing south so we had sun all day on our patios. The landlord was easy to communicate with. Our door had a digital lock so there was no need to carry keys

If you like the beach, this is a perfect spot. There are a lot of trails for hiking in the area. There's a water taxi that will take you to the cute town of Ferragudo and you can hike the "trail of the headlands".
There are a couple of small grocery stores near the apartment but if you want a major grocery store, you need to go into the downtown area

First impressions of the appartment were very good. Lot's of space and comfort. The appartment has a keyless entry, which is cool and convenient for people who forget to bring their keys.
The kitchen is equiped with everything you'll need. The upstairs area is roomy with a both modern and classical feeling. It's very comfortable to stay here for a while.
The large windows upstairs allow for a lot of sunlight, so you'll barely need lighting and it helps with heating up the place. You will need lights downstairs as there is little sunlight coming through the matted window, which also means that it becomes a cold area.
There were some electrical issues that needed the help of a technician, but with the help of the LovelyStay employees that all got resolved.
Other than that it's the perfect appartment to relax, work and live from. Big thanks to LovelyStay for being available virtually all the time and helping out with everything I needed.
Neighborhood
The appartment is located in a small and quiet alleyway, almost next door to Sé do Porto and the Ponte Luís. This means that when you leave the appartment you're immediately greeted by amazing architecture and sceneries. It's absolutely stunning. And because the appartment is away from the mainroads, you don't have a noise polution from cars and crowds.
However, there is downside to the secluded nature of the alley and that's the junkies. It's a popular street for using drugs, so you'll daily see people either dealing, smoking crack or stick a needle in their arm.
It's part of a bigger problem in the city as you'll definitely see more homeless people and addicts in this part of the city. More than other parts. The LovelyStay organization informed me that they were planning on making the alleyway only accessible for residents, but there is no ETA on that.
Other than that, you're very close to everything. All parks, shops, restaurants, churches, and bars are within walking distance of the appartment.
You're also right beside the São Bento metro and trainstation, so getting anywhere in the city is a breeze. Public transportation is very well-managed in Porto. And if you don't like public transportation then a taxi ride is relatively cheap and widely available.

The Luis I bridge, Sé do Porto, São Bento station for some history and nice views.
Praça dos Poveiros for lunch. There are quite some good restaurants and cafés around this area with classical dishes like Bifana and Francesinha com ovo. It also has the largest supermarket close the appartment, Pingo Doce.
Walk down to the city center and visit Rua das Flores, which is one of the nicest streets of the city. This street walks straight down to Ribeira, which is quite touristy and crowded, but something you have to have seen.
Around Praça da Lisboa you have BASE Porto where you can have a drink and enjoy the sun. It's next to the Clérigos tower, which you can climb to have a 360 view of the city.
Go north from there and you'll get into the area with the biggest and best selection of restaurants in the entire city.

They waited 3 days after we fully unpacked to tell us the sliding door does not lock. They also didn't mention the skylight window needs to have the seal replaced. They waited 40 minutes before check-in to give us how to enter the apartment even though we told them we would be coming with 5 big bags and we did not have data to receive messages (only wifi). The bathroom smelled bad. The stairs to go up are very narrow and dangerous. I was barley able to take the chick-in luggage upstairs. It would have been impossible for my wife to do it. Only good thing about the apartment is the location

The apartment was exactly as described and well equipped. The location and views were incredible. I would definitely come back or recommend. I did not have a lot of interaction with the landlord as none was necessary.

A little busy because a fort wich is a tourist attraction is close by. Otherwise a quiet area close to shops and restaurants but just far enough away to buffer the constant activity.
