Perfect location, nice apartment, very comfortable. I was there a month and it was the best apartment to chose. With views to the modern and full of caffes Yppenplatz. Near the center and well communicated. Harald took care. Top 10.

Really nice and clean flat full of all what one need to live. Near to centre, metro and tram. I can only recommend!

Wir haben die Wohnung absolut geliebt! Unglaublich charmant und einzigartig eingerichtet, schönes Haus und tolle Lage in spannender Umgebung. Herr Jahn war so nett und hilfsbereit und Immer zur Stelle, wenn es auch nur kleine Problemchen gab. Absolut empfehlenswert, 100%!

A very nice flat. Fully equipped. Just move in. The flat is very warm, which is important if one aims for winter. Very nice location. Harald is a nice guy. Highly recommend it.

The landlord was very prompt with any questions via email. The location is in a unique area of Vienna that is filled with local residents rather than tourists in the middle of the city. There is a nice spread of restaurants in the platz and a market on Saturday mornings that is filled with vendors and residents throughout the neighboring districts. Within 20 min walking and >10 min on the tram you are at Rathaus. Also, the apartment overlooks yppenplatz and the Saturday morning market :)
