The landlord, as well as his father (a tenant in the building) were very gracious and cooperative with ensuring my security and assisting with my departure.

The neighborhood is one of the best in Bratislava as it is close to all of the tourist attractions, restaurants, and shopping - all within walking distance.

The flat is big, clean and very bright. It’s also secure (NFC tag to enter the street door and elevator).
Eduard gave us everything we needed for the flat.

The flat is definitely no luxury place, most of the furniture looks cheap, but the price is competitive and it is fine for a stay of a few weeks. Would be much better if only there was a blackout curtain in the bedroom. Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The place was clean when I arrived except for a few things in the kitchenette. The area is quiet and well served by public transport. Eduard (the owner) is kind and available to help.

An apartment located in a quiet area, close to the city center/ Eduard is very available when you have questions. We spent good time in the apartment.

Eduard is a very nice host and was always available. The flat is nice and looks like it is shown in the pictures. It has everything you need for day-to-day life.

One of the thing I like the most is the light in the flat. It’s in the City center and next to the River. Very well situated.

Perfect location. Close to everything you might go. The apartment is equipped with all you need. The owner is very caring and kind. I would like to be back to this apartment for my next visit in Bratislava. Totally recommended.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay in this studio apartment. It is very central, so it was convenient for me to get to where I needed to be. It is quite minimalist, but it had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. The building is secure and there is a very new elevator in it. There were a couple of minor issues, but Eduard was quick to respond and resolve them. I highly recommend this flat if you are looking to stay somewhere short-term in the heart of the city.
