Hey! I am Germán, and I am Mallorcan, although I currently live in Belgium. This apartment is my home and my family’s home when we spend time on the island, especially when visiting the grandparents and reconnecting with Mallorca in a genuine, everyday way.

I also spend long periods here working remotely, which is why the apartment is fully set up for remote work. You are welcome to use my dedicated workspace, with a large, comfortable desk and fast, reliable internet. Working with views over the bay and winter sunrises is truly priceless — no matter how challenging that first early-morning video call may have been.

When I am not staying here or working remotely, I rent the apartment as a seasonal rental. Over time, it has become especially popular among digital nomads and remote professionals from Central Europe, often traveling with their families, who are looking to escape the pressure of city life while enjoying comfort, calm, and a high quality of living.

Since 2018, I hosted the apartment on Booking and Airbnb, where it achieved excellent ratings (9.2/10 and 4.6/5 respectively). Having now transitioned from a tourist license to a seasonal rental model, I no longer operate on those platforms, but the same standards of care, attention, and quality remain.

From the moment you step inside, you will notice that this is not an impersonal rental, but a lived-in home. My wish is that, during your stay, you feel completely at home and treat it as your own.
