Hello and welcome!

We are Erica and Robert, an Indonesian-European couple based in Bali. Robert has been living on the island since 2012, and since 2015 we have been hosting guests on various platforms, maintaining Superhost status on Airbnb for over 11 years with an average rating of 4.9 out of 5.

Having traveled to over 20 countries, we understand what makes a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Over time, we have increasingly focused on hosting digital nomads and long-term guests, and we continuously improve our property based on real guest experience.

Erica has worked for over 10 years in Hong Kong, where she developed a strong sense for cleanliness, organization, and professional guest service. This experience plays a key role in maintaining high standards throughout the property.

Robert holds a Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering and has personally designed and installed the entire WiFi infrastructure. Each studio is equipped with its own dedicated access point, supported by multiple internet connections with backup systems, ensuring stable and reliable high-speed internet for remote work and video calls.

We place strong emphasis on sustainability and environmentally responsible operations. We have implemented a waste separation and recycling system and actively work to reduce plastic usage wherever possible. As part of this approach, we use reusable solutions such as refillable water gallons and rechargeable batteries throughout the property, and we encourage our guests to support these efforts during their stay.

We offer a relaxed and professional environment, combining privacy with support whenever needed.
