Online agreement in your language. The basis is an agreement concluded in the language of the place of the lease, but the agreement is always translated into English and the most frequently used languages. The agreement is always signed online, so you can conclude it wherever you are in the world.
Guarantee of a trustworthy presentation of the apartment. With Flatio, you may rest assured the apartment looks exactly as presented. And if, by any chance, the condition of the apartment does not match the description in the listing, we will refund your full rent and fees and give you 7 days of free hotel rooms.
Comfortable extension. Do you want to stay longer in the apartment? No problem. If the owner confirms the apartment is available for you, you will extend the agreement online. Similarly, an agreement may be terminated with a simple 30-day notice, once again, online.
All-inclusive price. The rent includes all services, including utilities and Wi-Fi, and it is not charged unless it exceeds 15 % of the rent. This saves you a lot of paperwork at the time of the apartment handover. If a property does not offer Wi-Fi, it is clearly indicated on the listing page.
Always 30 days ahead. Whether you move in at the beginning or half way through the month, the rent paid always covers the 30 days that follow. With Flatio, the “month" always starts with you moving in and you will never pay multiple rents at the same time.
Take photos of the apartment. We recommend that you take photos showing the current condition of the apartment on the first and the last day of the lease and send the pictures to us. The photos, along with a signed handover report, will be of great assistance when dealing with any unpleasant situations we hope will never occur.

The best thing about the apartment was how green it felt. There were a lot of plants inside, which made the place feel alive, cozy, and welcoming. It was also really spacious, so after a short time it genuinely felt like home.
The apartment was spotless clean when I arrived. The bed was huge and very comfortable, and the rest of the furniture was nice as well. The shower was spacious, bright, and pleasant to use. Wi-Fi was alright too — the speed was more or less the same as advertised, and it covered the whole apartment without issues.
The location was good: near the center, with shops nearby, plus a great view of the city. There was always a free parking spot, which was a big advantage.
The hosts were really nice, with no issues whatsoever. The neighbors were pleasant as well. It was mostly quiet — sometimes you could hear neighbors, but overall it was peaceful and comfortable.
The only small downsides were that one room didn’t have heating, but the hosts provided an electric heater that actually helped a lot. Some of the bathroom lights didn’t work either, and they said they would fix the issue.
Overall, for the price, this place was really worth it. You get a spacious, comfortable apartment in a good location with great hosts, so I’d definitely stay there again if I need to go to Krumlov. In my opinion, it’s a good place for everybody.
