In the heart of Budapest, in one of the most popular parts of District IX, on the cozy Gutenberg Square, we offer for rent a 107 m², bright and spacious, three-room apartment and is located in the immediate vicinity of Blaha Lujza Square, yet in a quiet and peaceful environment.

The apartment is located on the third floor of a patinated brick building with an elevator, with elegant ceiling height and large windows, thanks to which the spaces are extremely bright and airy. The apartment has been completely renovated, preserving the atmosphere of bourgeois architecture while offering a modern, comfortable home. The mechanized, built-in kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils, and the gas-circulating heating and air conditioning ensure a pleasant temperature all year round.

The layout of the rooms is ideal: the spacious living room is an excellent central space of the home, while the two bedrooms offer a peaceful rest. The bathroom and toilet are in separate rooms, which further increases the feeling of comfort. The apartment is furnished, so you can move in immediately, you only need to bring your personal belongings with you.

The house is in excellent condition, has a regularly maintained, cultured residential community. The common cost is HUF 100 eur/month, which includes the maintenance fees of the condominium. Parking is possible on the street, it can be easily arranged in the area with a residents permit.

How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases.
