Flat for rent - Dubrovnik

The apartment consist of one spacious and sunny bedroom with 2 single beds/double king size bed, living room with two single beds, kitchen with a dining table, bathroom and a spacious terrace with outdoor kitchen and the loggia.

THE BEDROOM is spacious and sunny with a sea view and large balcony doors. There are two single beds (dim, 90x200cm each bed) that have no lateral sides so can be put together and form one fixed comfortable king bed - dimensions 180cmx200cm). From both the room, loggia and terrace you can enjoy a view on the Old town Dubrovnik, the sea and the island of Lokrum. Large flat screen TV, wi-fi and A/C in the room.

LIVING ROOM: In the living room there are two single beds (real beds with mattresses, not sofa beds) that can't form a double bed. Wi-fi and A/C .

The bathroom is spacious with a nice walk-in shower (150cmx100cm large) and a laundry machine.

INDOOR KITCHENS: There are two kitchens, one inside the apartment with a large fridge and a freezer, electric ceramic cooking stove, microwave, sink and dish machine.

OUTDOOR KITCHEN is on the terrace, under the wooden roof so you can cook or grill there even if it's raining, with a large sink and a gas barbecue/grill with a stove. There are also two dining tables, one in the indoor kitchen and other on the terrace.

TERRACE: On the terrace there are also 2 comfortable deck chairs.

A/C: All rooms in the apartment are air-conditioned (there are 2 devices with independent manual controls)
Wi-FI/TV: there is fast wi-fi in the apartment and terrace, one TV in the bedroom.
We provide satin bed sheets, towels, soaps, cooking and cleaning utensils, iron, ironing board, hairdriers, baby cots for free.
All our guests need to show us their travel documents at check-in for registration in E-visitor application (this is mandatory for all hotels and Airbnb's in Croatia).
We change towels every 3 days.

PARKING: We don't provide parking lots in our property but we can book one for your car in the private facility in our street (1 min walking distance from the apartment) for 20 Euro from 1.10.-1.6. and 30 Euro from 1.6.-1.10. Given the high demand for parking spaces from April till October it is necessary to let us know that you want to book the parking at least 15 days prior to check-in date. The parking owner will obtain a restricted traffic zone pass for you when you arrive so you will be able to drive in the zone during your stay.

The duration of a medium-term rent is usually 1 to 12 months. Most of the hosts offer long-term rents or rents for just a few days, therefore getting a medium-term rent without Flatio is not that easy.
Can I go through the contract before I make a booking of the housing?

Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?

How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the living space is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
