The rental contract has a minimum duration of 6 months and a maximum of 11 months. A seasonal rental agreement will be signed by all tenants, and an additional security deposit is required. A furnishings inventory will be provided.
Rent must be paid 30 days in advance and the security deposit 7 days before check-in. Prices vary depending on the season. Administrative costs, utility set-up and contract formalization are not included.
Check-in & Check-out
Standard check-in is between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., by prior arrangement. Keys are handed over in person. Please message us upon arrival in Valencia. Late arrivals may incur an additional charge. Check-out must take place before 11:00 a.m.

Tenants must provide documentation justifying the temporary purpose of their stay (work, studies, medical reasons or other justified circumstances), as well as the address of their habitual residence.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).

If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of half of the first rent.

The service fee is always refundable.
If you send a message to Flatio's Support Team requesting cancelation of the booking ("termination from the start date") within 48 hours after the lease agreement becomes valid, you're entitled to get back all the money you paid for the service fee.
After 48 hours, you're entitled to a refund of the service fee in the form of a "voucher" equal to the amount of the service fee you paid. The voucher can be used for your next booking and is valid for 12 months. If the service fee for your next booking is lower than the voucher amount, we'll issue you a new voucher for the remaining amount, valid for 12 months.
