Transit: A 5-minute bike ride to the local station easily connects you to Shizuoka City (25 min), Mishima (37 min), Fuji City, and Numazu.

Shin-Fuji Station is a 15-minute taxi ride away, reaching Tokyo Station in about an hour. Day trips to the cultural centers of Tokyo are perfectly feasible.
