This is a newly renovated (2026) top-floor apartment in a characterful Spanish villa. Access is via a private street entrance with an internal staircase leading up to the residence.
Note: Due to the staircase access, this property is not suitable for individuals with reduced mobility, or very small children.
Coastal Day Trips: Quick access to the old town of Altea, Benidorm, Villajoyosa, Calpe, Dénia or Alicante by car or via bus and the scenic local tram. Valencia is a straight 1.5-hour drive north for a fantastic city day trip.
