Our charming two-level apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Malá Strana, one of Prague’s most beautiful and atmospheric neighborhoods. With Charles Bridge just a 2-minute walk away, it offers an exceptional base for exploring the city while enjoying the comfort of a well-equipped private home. The building itself adds to the unique atmosphere of the stay, with beautiful old artworks and decorative elements throughout the common areas, giving a glimpse of Prague’s artistic character from the moment you enter.
On the first floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, together with a comfortable living area. The spacious sofa, measuring 120 × 263 cm, can also be used as an additional sleeping space for one guest. The living room also features a TV for relaxing after a day of sightseeing, and there is a separate toilet on this floor for added convenience. Upstairs, the apartment offers a cozy bedroom with a comfortable 160 × 200 cm bed, as well as a full bathroom with a shower and toilet, creating a private and peaceful space to unwind.
The location is one of the apartment’s biggest highlights. You will be staying right in the middle of Malá Strana, surrounded by restaurants, cafés, shops and beautiful streets full of Prague atmosphere. Public transportation connections are also excellent, making it easy to reach other parts of the city. Best of all, the iconic Charles Bridge is only around 2 minutes away on foot, allowing you to enjoy one of Prague’s most famous landmarks almost right outside your door.

Please be aware that if your reservation exceeds one month, a cleaning fee of €85 will be charged every month. This fee covers changing hotel-quality linens and towels and has to be paid before check-in. If you require additional cleanings during your stay, the same fee will apply. However, check-out cleaning is included in your stay at no extra cost.

Kindly share your time of arrival. Check-in time is from 16.00. The apartment has a self-check-in procedure. All needed instructions will be sent after your mandatory registration. During your stay, we may ask to arrange a brief apartment viewing. We will always let you know in advance.
