Este T1 moderno, totalmente equipado, está localizado a poucos metros do centro, restaurantes, supermercados, centro de saúde, lojas e praias. Ideal para quem não quer pegar no carro.
O terminal de autocarros com acesso direto a Lisboa e outras localidades encontra-se a 5 minutos de carro / Uber ou a cerca de 25 minutos a pé. Há também várias paragens de autocarro a 2 minutos e distância a pé.
O quarto tem uma cama de casal (1,40m*2m), um roupeiro com uma prateleira superior e um varão para pendurar roupas. Além disso, existe também uma cómoda com 6 gavetas grandes. Pode desfrutar igualmente de uma TV de 32" (a TV do quarto não é Smart).
A sala tem uma Smart TV, lareira, um sofá-cama (1,50m × 0,95m aberto), e uma mesa de refeições com quarto cadeiras.
A cozinha está totalmente equipada com frigorífico, congelador, máquina de roupa, microondas, fogão a gás com três bicos, um pequeno forno eléctrico, torradeira e máquina de café.
No corredor existe uma pequena cama extra (1,60m × 0,85m).
A ampla varanda conta com uma confortável cadeira/espreguiçadeira e uma mesa de refeições com três cadeiras para poder desfrutar do ar livre. Por ser uma casa térrea, a porta da varanda ainda dispõe de cortinas translúcidas que permitem a entrada de luz na casa enquanto ajudam a proteger contra eventuais mosquitos e pequenos insetos quando tiver a porta aberta.

Este é um espaço pet friendly. Por isso, de forma a garantir uma boa convivência e cumprir as regras do edifício, pedimos que sigam estas orientações simples:
Uso obrigatório de trela: Todos os animais de estimação devem circular nas zonas comuns do condomínio sempre com trela.
Necessidades fisiológicas: É estritamente proibido que os animais façam as suas necessidades no interior ou nas áreas comuns do condomínio. Pedimos que os levem à rua para o efeito.
Intercomunicador da fração:
Devido a avaria inesperada, o intercomunicador do apartamento não funciona. No entanto, a campainha está a funcionar normalmente.
Dados Pessoais
No âmbito do arrendamento de média duração, e para efeitos de faturação e cumprimento das obrigações fiscais da lei portuguesa, é obrigatório fornecer o nome, país de origem e nif (no caso de ser cidadão residente ou nacional), ou número do documento de identificação ou passaporte, (no caso de ser cidadão estrangeiro).

Welcome to your favorite coastal retreat in Ericeira! Everything is included in the price: internet, water, gas, electricity and parking.
This modern, fully equipped 1-bedroom apartment is located just a few meters from the town center, restaurants, supermarkets, health center, shops and beaches. Ideal for those who don't want to take the car.
The bus terminal with direct service to Lisbon and other towns is a 5-minute drive / Uber ride or about a 25-minute walk away. There are also several bus stops a 2-minute walk away.
The bedroom has a double bed (1.40m*2m), a wardrobe with a top shelf and a rail for hanging clothes. There is also a chest of drawers with 6 large drawers. You can also enjoy a 32" TV (the bedroom TV is not a Smart TV).
The living room has a Smart TV, a fireplace, a sofa bed (1.50m × 0.95m when open), and a dining table with four chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, microwave, three-burner gas stove, a small electric oven, toaster and coffee machine.
In the hallway there is a small extra bed (1.60m × 0.85m).
The large balcony has a comfortable chair/lounger and a dining table with three chairs so you can enjoy the outdoors. As it is a ground-floor home, the balcony door also has translucent curtains that let light into the home while helping to protect against mosquitoes and small insects when the door is open.
Pets
This is a pet-friendly space. Therefore, to ensure good coexistence and comply with the building's rules, we ask that you follow these simple guidelines:
Leash required: All pets must be on a leash at all times in the common areas of the building.
Pet waste: Pets are strictly forbidden from relieving themselves inside the apartment or in the common areas of the building. We ask that you take them outside for this purpose.
Unit intercom:
Due to an unexpected malfunction, the apartment's intercom is not working. However, the doorbell is working normally.
Personal Data
As part of the mid-term rental, and for invoicing purposes and to comply with tax obligations under Portuguese law, it is mandatory to provide your name, country of origin and NIF (if you are a resident or national citizen), or your ID document or passport number (if you are a foreign citizen).

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).

If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 13 days before the move-in date, you won’t get a refund of the first rent.
The service fee is always refundable.
If you send a message to Flatio's Support Team requesting cancelation of the booking ("termination from the start date") within 48 hours after the lease agreement becomes valid, you're entitled to get back all the money you paid for the service fee.
After 48 hours, you're entitled to a refund of the service fee in the form of a "voucher" equal to the amount of the service fee you paid. The voucher can be used for your next booking and is valid for 12 months. If the service fee for your next booking is lower than the voucher amount, we'll issue you a new voucher for the remaining amount, valid for 12 months.
