Ático pleno de luz, a 5 minutos a pie de cualquier lugar: puro centro. Lleno de luz y magia, hará de tus desayunos en su amplia terraza unos momentos inolvidables.
Podemos ofrecerte APARCAMIENTO PRIVADO GRATUITO A 20 MINUTOS del apartamento, pero SOLO SI LO RESERVAS en el momento en que solicites el apartamento y se encuentra disponible. Por eso no ofertamos el apartamento como apartamento con parking incluído. Es una posibilidad que ofrecemos como cortesía del propietario.
El apartamento es pequeño, pero muy bonito y bien aprovechado, ideal para dos personas. En la planta baja encontrarás el salón con TV de 60 pulgadas, escritorio de trabajo (contamos con wifi alta velocidad), y si lo necesitas, podemos poner una impresora a tu servicio. También en planta baja está el cuarto de baño, muy luminoso porque abre, como el salón, completamente al exterior. El baño, tiene WC, lavabo, amplio espejo, secador de pelo, y bañera con ducha. Una escalera de caracol te conduce al dormitorio, en planta alta. Es pequeño, pero cuenta con una cómoda cama de 1,35 m de anchura, luz asistida en ambos lados, mesita de noche, cómoda, y un pequeño perchero (si traes demasiada ropa en el armario del salón tendrás espacio de sobra para depositarla). Todo el apartamento se encuentra perfectamente acondicionado para el frío y el calor.
En el dormitorio encontrarás una puerta metálica que conduce a la terraza, que es de uso exclusivo. Es muy amplia. Allí podrás comer y cenar si el tiempo lo permite, e incluso, si avisas con tiempo, podemos poner a tu disposición un proyector para que proyectes tus películas favoritas al anochecer.
EL BARRIO
Estás en pleno centro de Sevilla, a menos de 7 minutos andando de la Catedral y la Giralda, de los Reales Alcázares y del barrio de Santa Cruz. Es un barrio céntrico pero tranquilo, con mucha vida y sin el ambiente excesivamente turístico de otras zonas de la ciudad. Es ideal para comer y cenar fuera: a tu alrededor encontrarás restaurantes de cocina sevillana tradicional y otros más modernos, además de muchos supermercados y tiendas de ropa y complementos. Lo tienes todo a mano para vivir Sevilla como una sevillana o un sevillano más.

We can offer you FREE PRIVATE PARKING 20 MINUTES from the apartment, but ONLY IF YOU BOOK IT at the time you request the apartment and it is available. For that reason we do not advertise the apartment as an apartment with parking included. It is a possibility we offer as a courtesy from the owner.
The apartment is small, but very pretty and well laid out, ideal for two people. On the ground floor you will find the living room with a 60-inch TV, a work desk (we have high-speed wifi), and if you need it, we can provide a printer for your use. Also on the ground floor is the bathroom, very bright because it opens, like the living room, completely to the outside. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, large mirror, hair dryer, and a bathtub with shower. A spiral staircase leads you to the bedroom, on the upper floor. It is small, but has a comfortable bed 1.35 m wide, reading lights on both sides, a nightstand, a dresser, and a small coat rack (if you bring too many clothes, the wardrobe in the living room has plenty of space to store them). The whole apartment is perfectly equipped for both cold and hot weather.
In the bedroom you will find a metal door that leads to the terrace, which is for your exclusive use. It is very spacious. There you can have lunch and dinner if the weather permits, and even, if you let us know in advance, we can provide a projector so you can watch your favorite movies at nightfall.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
You are right in the center of Sevilla, less than a 7-minute walk from the Cathedral and the Giralda, the Reales Alcázares and the Santa Cruz neighborhood. It is a central but quiet neighborhood, full of life and without the overly touristy atmosphere of other areas of the city. It is ideal for eating out: around you you will find traditional Sevillian restaurants and more modern ones, as well as many supermarkets and clothing and accessories shops. You have everything at hand to experience Sevilla like a true local.

Once you send a booking request, the host is notified that you are interested in their listing. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your booking.
Hosts are mainly interested in the profile of their guest. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your booking will more likely get approved.
You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every listing. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on Flatio, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the hosts on Flatio.
Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on Flatio from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the host and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
In the event that you move in and the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on Flatio, let us know as soon as possible!
If the conditions for the withdrawal are met and the host can't fix the issue immediately, you have the option to withdraw from the lease agreement with a full refund. We'll also actively help you find an alternative accommodation and remain by your side until everything is fully resolved.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
If you cancel your booking 7 days or more before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 47 hours before the move-in date, you won’t get a refund of the first rent.
The service fee is always refundable.
If you send a message to Flatio's Support Team requesting cancelation of the booking ("termination from the start date") within 48 hours after the lease agreement becomes valid, you're entitled to get back all the money you paid for the service fee.
After 48 hours, you're entitled to a refund of the service fee in the form of a "voucher" equal to the amount of the service fee you paid. The voucher can be used for your next booking and is valid for 12 months. If the service fee for your next booking is lower than the voucher amount, we'll issue you a new voucher for the remaining amount, valid for 12 months.
