I recommend this flat, very nice for long stay. Everything was clean and working well. The flat at Skacelova is perfectly located at several shops and public transport stops, so that you get easily to the city center.
The landlord is very kind and he was really concerned that everything was satisfying.

I stayed at this location for just about 2 months. It was a clean, well kept apartment. Private and quiet for the most part. The owner, Martin, was a great host and made sure that things were taken care of if ever needed. I would highly recommend the host and this rental for 1 to 2 persons visiting Brno. Very affordable and located to many shops and a park down the street. Immediately close to buses and trams for travel into and out of town. It was an absolute pleasure to stay and rent for the duration of my time.

Neighborhood
The Neighborhood was nice, calm and pleasant. Im from Los Angeles and this felt like a safer town in comparison.

The flat has everything you need for a longer stay with ground heating and washing machine (which is not on the pictures). As it is located in the basement, the ceiling is relatively low, which could be a problem for very huge people. The flat at Skacelova is perfectly located at several public transport stops, so that you get easily to the city center.
The landlord is very kind, communication in English and German worked well and he was really concerned that everything was satisfying.

Neighborhood
The flat is located in a residential area with houses and appartment buildings. Skacelova street has some traffic, but was relatively calm. There is a supermarket within 200 m, a restaurant and kebab shop. A bus stop and tram stop are also in this distance. You get within 15 min to the center or Technical University. It is near the main road, so that you get easily and quickly in and out of the city by car.
The neighbourhood is calm, just small streets and regular people.
