The beautiful 63m2 apartment is located in a quiet area on the 2nd floor with all rooms facing the quiet, bright courtyard.
The apartment is ideal for up to 4 persons.
3 rooms: 1kitchen-living room and 2 sleeping rooms, both rooms can be entered separately which is another perfect thing.
The spacious kitchen-living room, is equipped with a comfortable big sofa bed, dining table, kitchen bar and bar stools. An artist designed the ceiling stucco and the extraordinary wall shelves that give this exclusively renovated Viennese old-style apartment a special flair. There are many light spots to individually dim the lights for your personal comfort.
The new kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances. A coffee filter machine, Espresso-tab machine, toaster and microwave as well as dishes and cooking utensils are also available. You can choose to have a quick breakfast on the bar stools at the bar or sit by the dining table.
From the living room you enter the two bedrooms, both have a large wardrobe and double beds (140cm or 180cm).
These rooms are also absolutely quiet as they are facing the courtyard.
The small bright daylight bathroom offers a shower cabin with massage jets, sink and washing machine.
Everything you may need for the household will be provided for!

Reserve sheets, laundry rack, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, towels, etc.

The price includes WLAN and cable TV.

The location of the apartment is ideal. In just 2 minutes you are at the underground railway/subway, which takes you in 10 minutes to the historic city center (Stephansplatz), in 3 minutes to Westbahnhof or 5 minutes to Mariahilfer Straße, Vienna's most popular shopping street. Also the universities and other important spots can be reached very quickly due to the perfect location near the underground railway.
The apartment itself is located in a quiet residential area, yet supermarkets, coffee houses and great restaurants (Blue tomato, Augustin, M74) are around the corner. The popular Viennese Meiselmarkt, where you can buy fresh fruit, vegetables, meat, and gourmet food is just a 5-minute walk away.

I just spent the most amazing 6 weeks at Arthur’s flat in Vienna! Flat is exactly as pictured; close to train station; great WiFi; with easy access to anything you want to do in Vienna or surrounding areas.

Landlord was super responsive; even when I asked if he had a 2nd monitor for my work, he quickly obliged!

I did everything I could to move my flight as I didn’t want to leave! I hate to post this because I want to keep this place my little secret, but if you are heading to Vienna you can’t go wrong renting this flat.

Neighborhood
Train station is less than 5 min walk (1.5 blocks). 3-4 grocery stores within 5min walk (right near train) . 2 stops from Westbahnhof where many trains go outside the city for day trips. 4-5 stops to city center. You can’t get easier access to everything Vienna has to offer.

How can I cancel my booking?
