Welcome to our cozy home in beautiful Funchal, Madeira! Nestled on the hill of the residential neighborhood of Sao Goncalo, our 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is the perfect sanctuary for digital nomads, couples, and individuals seeking a home away from home.

Just a short 10-minute drive takes you to the old city center and marina, while a quick 5-minute drive brings you to a local shopping area with a supermarket, our apartment offers the best of both worlds – convenience, and tranquility. Plus, the airport is only 15 minutes away.

Situated on the top floor, our apartment treats you to breathtaking views. Your private balcony offers a panorama view of Funchal Bay, treating you to mesmerizing ocean views, a picturesque cityscape, and the majestic mountains. You will also enjoy beautiful sunsets above the bay.

Inside, you'll find a master bedroom with an ocean view, a comfortable queen bed, and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is a versatile space, equipped with a bed that can be adjusted as a single bed or two separate ones. This room can also serve as a cozy home office, perfect for remote work.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, washing machine, and dryer. Start your day with a cup of freshly brewed coffee and savor it in the cozy living room, complete with a dining table, sofa, and a smart TV for your entertainment. And of course, there's a second bathroom with a bathtub.

A cozy apartment with a beatiful view of the ocean and Funchal. The communication with the owner was fluent and the replies were fast.

Neighborhood
Regarding the shops and restaurants, there is only a small pub down the hill. If you want to go grocery shopping, you need to go to the city center. The lines of buses that come near are 33,37,38.
