The apartment is in the heart of Madragoa neighborhood, just a 15-min walk from downtown and close to many types of transport. Together with Alfama, Madragoa is one of the oldest and most authentic places to stay in Lisbon. The apartment itself is very sunny, decorated in vintage chic style. I'm sure you'll love it.
This is a sunny, bright, and cozy apartment in the old town of Lisbon, neighborhood of Madragoa. It's on the 4th floor of a traditional building.
The apartment is on 2 floors.
On the 1st floor, there's a living room, a fully renovated bathroom, a renovated kitchen, and a bedroom.
The living room, kitchen, and bedroom share the same space. The bedroom is separated by a vintage folding screen for more privacy.
The living room + dining space comfortably accommodate 4 people, either relaxing or eating. There is a portable Wifi, that you can take with you during the day if you wish. Battery life is 4 hours only, so bring with you a spare battery and charger if you want to use it longer.
The kitchen is small but has all the utensils needed. There is a dishwasher as well. If you are not into cooking why not drink a glass of wine on it's on the bar?
The bedroom on the first floor has a vintage and modern furnishing, featuring a comfortable double bed (140cm), Moroccan mirror and my husband's grandma trunk. There is a place to hang your clothes as well.
The linen is from luxury cotton and towels are from Zara Home for your maximum comfort.
IMPORTANT BEDROOM UPSTAIRS: The bedroom upstairs is very cute, but beware that the MAXIMUM HEIGHT IS 160CM. If you are too tall, it's not really recommended.
The whole apartment is open space, there are no real doors, just well-made divisions which still provide privacy.
Everyone is welcome that doesn't mind climbing 4 floors of typical steep Portuguese stairs.
