It is the 3rd floor with elevator, in a charming historic building in Rua do Arsenal, Lisbon, between the shops in Chiado and the riverfront, next to one of the most emblematic squares - Praça do Município.
It has a supermarket, Time Out Market, a bus and tram stop and a subway and train crossing to Cascais just a few minutes' walk away, as well as many shops, restaurants, pubs, nightlife, theatres, museums, churches and landmarks in the surroundings. The buildings in the historic center do not have parking, however there is also paid parking in the street in the area and a paid parking under Praça do Município.
Approximately 1 km away there is a park with a daily rate.

The ideal apartment for 1 person, can acommodate 2 friends. With two single beds in the bedroom, it has also 1 sofa bed in the living room. The room is large, with original stonework and large windows that capture a lot of light, with few objects, but with some pieces that give soul and a traditional Portuguese atmosphere and charm.
It is ideal for both working and exploring the history and charm of the historic centre, as well as for a short or long stay in Lisbon.

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
