Flat for rent - Lisbon

This super sunny flat has a spacious kitchen, a bedroom, a living room, and one office. A prominent feature is the terrace from which you can enjoy the sun throughout the day, plus a small balcony. It is a three-floor flat constructed in the ninetieths, with a modern retro feeling. The house has two air conditioners. It is very well-located, only a ten-minute walk from three metro stations: Praça de Espanha & São Sebastião (blue line) and Entrecampos (yellow line); a ten-minute walk from the train to Sintra; seven hundred meters from Gulbenkian Foundation, a ten-minute walk from their fantastic gardens.

The neighbourhood is quiet and residential, full of small local shops - restaurants, barbershops, pastries and cafes.
Around the area, you can have access to the Portuguese national library, Nima’s cinema and Parque Eduardo VII, which has a beautiful view of river Tejo.

Pedro's flat is very nice and cozy. The terrace is beautiful, the bed is comfortable and it has also a small studio perfect for working. I found all that I needed. The only downside was the humidity (I went on Junuary and on some days it was raining) but there was a dehumidifier to handle that. I recommend the flat.

I stayed for almost a month and it was the perfect apartment! The terrace was stunning, and the apartment is just as cute as advertised with everything you may need. The neighborhood itself is also super close to supermarkets, very walkable and also has one of the best restaurants for local portuguese! My landlord seriously went above and beyond, leaving me wine when I arrived, and was super communicative during my stay. I would definitely stay again!

There are not enough words to describe the impressions of Pedro's apartment. Excellent location in a residential area, there are shops nearby, within walking distance of a shopping center, metro and train station. The apartment itself is very sunny and green. it is felt that the apartment has a soul, it all creates a wonderful atmosphere. Especially, I want to note the wonderful terrace that complements this apartment. The apartment is perfect for long stays. Pedro is very friendly, open to communication and always ready to answer! Definitely recommend, you won't want to leave!

Pedro was a great host. We had a slight issue with the power going out and he was quick to respond and resolve for us. The apartment is quaint and nicely decorated, lots of plants, a spacious balcony and air conditioning units in the living room and bedroom. The apartment is well placed with local amenities nearby, and a metro stop only 10 minutes or so walk away.

I’d highly recommend Pedro’s home to others!
