House for Rent located between the beaches and the large city of Lisbon, in the center of Charneca de Caparica. Independent apartment inserted in a house, fully equipped, comprising: 1 living room, 1 bedroom, kitchen with balcony and bathroom.

You can enjoy a terrace, with an electric barbecue for summer days, and a lounge to relax, eat and sunbathe.

The house has a gas heater for cold days, as well as bed linen, towels, cleaning items, iron and ironing board and all cooking utensils. It has an unobstructed view of the room with a panorama of Christ the King and the 25th of April bridge.

In the surrounding areas without needing transport, transport, supermarkets (continente/minipreço/Pingo doce), pharmacies, clinics, gyms, ATM, laundry, stationery, self-service, cafes, Portuguese pastry shops, brunch's, bars, are just a few minutes away. typical Portuguese restaurants, international cuisine and fast food (including McDonald's / KFC / PizzaHut / Telepizza) local shops, municipal market (where you can buy fresh regional fish among other typical delicacies fresh seafood, cheeses, bread, meats, fruits, flowers, among others ), Gypsy fair (cheap clothing).

8 minutes from the beaches (there are surf schools nearby for a different experience) and walkways to relax with walks through the forest.

15 minutes from the center of Lisbon, have the experience of crossing the 25 de Abril bridge, where you can first stop and visit Cristo Rei where you can enjoy a panoramic view of Lisbon and its surroundings.

We recently had the pleasure of staying in a wonderful apartment with the most incredible landlords Daniela and David. From the moment we arrived, they were friendly, attentive, and responsive to all our needs. They provided us with an abundance of advice about local sight-seeings, restaurants, activities, and specialties, which greatly enhanced our experience.

The apartment itself is located in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, perfect for those looking to unwind. Just around the corner is a charming farmers market where we could buy fresh seafood, fruits, and vegetables daily. The location is ideal, being only a 5-minute drive from the ocean, where we enjoyed endless beautiful beaches, and just 25 minutes from the centre of Lisbon, making it easy to explore the city.

The apartment is spacious, newly renovated, and well equipped, with a keen attention to small details that made our stay comfortable and pleasant. The big terrace was a highlight, offering a great place to relax. It truly felt like home and was perfect for a long stay, especially for digital nomads like us, thanks to the fast WiFi.

We definitely recommend this apartment and would love to return in the future. It’s a fantastic place to stay with amazing landlords who go above and beyond to ensure you have a great experience.
