Riverside House with Garden


This is a house with a private garden, located between Foz and Porto city centre, in a quiet area with excellent connections to the rest of the city. I renovated the house myself and have lived here for the past six years. It's a place I truly love and that has been a wonderful base for enjoying everything Porto has to offer.


One of the best things about the location is having the river practically on your doorstep, with all the possibilities that brings: walks, running, cycling, sunsets, riverside restaurants, and that wonderful feeling of being close to the water without leaving the city.

The house is comfortable, bright and equipped as a real home should be: with plenty of space, storage, natural light and underfloor heating. The garden is a natural extension of the living room and one of my favourite parts of the house.

If you're looking for a home with character, comfortable and genuinely lived-in, in one of the best balances between the river, the city and tranquillity, this could be your place.

Bedroom 1 - Suite

Spacious and bright, with skylights that bring in plenty of natural light and direct access to the garden.

Dining Room
Connected to the living room, with a large table for up to 8 people — perfect for long meals, dinners with friends, or simply working and living comfortably.

Kitchen
Fully equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kitchen utensils, plates, cutlery, glasses, etc.

Guest Bathroom
Conveniently located next to the living areas and ideal for guests. It does not have a shower.

Garden
The garden is directly accessible from the living room. It is a lovely place to have breakfast outdoors, read, work with your laptop, or simply enjoy the end of the day.
There is also a small green area at the front of the house, adding a sense of space and privacy.

Parking
There is space for one car inside the gates, and it is also possible to park another car directly in front of the house.

Location
The house is in a kind of sweet spot: close enough to reach the city centre quickly, while still being in an area where you can enjoy a sense of space and tranquillity.

There are buses and the historic tram nearby, and within around 5 minutes you can reach several essential services, including:
