Our portuguese-style house with spacious terrace is located in the historical center of Trafaria. This village is very family-friendly and known for it's amazing fresh fish and seafood as it is where the Tagus river meets the ocean. Shops, restaurants and public transport are on your doorstep. Going to Lisbon is super easy as the ferry is 300m from the house!!! Trafaria has a nice beach, but the best beach can be found in Costa da Caparica, which is 10 minutes by bus or bike (2.4km).
The house is a typical single-level Portuguese house with 3 bedrooms (double bedroom, twin bedroom and bunk beds bedroom). The bathroom has been modernized; the kitchen is spacious, has all needed appliances and kitchenware. You can have your meal in the kitchen area, or eat on the terrace. The terrace is beautiful, spacious(80m2) and apart from a lounge/dinner area it has a BBQ and a Pizza oven. Most of our guests enjoy having their meals in the terrace either homemade or by picking it up from the restaurant that is located a couple of steps from the house.
We kept the house with a traditional charisma but with all the needed comforts.

The living room has entertainment: there is a TV, Netflix, Playstation, family games and books.
The landlord has not filled the internet speed yet. Ask them to clarify this.
Once you send a reservation request, the landlord is notified that you are interested in their offer. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your reservation.

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your reservation, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancellation policy).
