1. RESPONSABILIDADE: Em apartamentos partilhados, aplicam-se naturalmente determinadas regras a todos os inquilinos, independentemente de terem casa de banho privativa. 9. TAXA DE LIMPEZA FINAL: Será deduzida da caução, no final da estadia, uma taxa de 50 € para quartos individuais sem WC ou 60 € para quartos partilhados ou quartos com WC, referente à limpeza completa do quarto e da roupa disponibilizada.
10. VISITAS: Cada inquilino pode receber apenas 1 visita no quarto, por um período máximo de 3 noites durante toda a estadia.
11. FOTOGRAFIAS: Colchas, computadores, almofadas decorativas, sacos tote, peças de vestuário, etc., destinam-se exclusivamente a fins ilustrativos/decorativos durante as sessões fotográficas e não serão fornecidos a nenhum inquilino.
12. CHECK-IN: Disponível entre as 15:00 e as 22:00 (aplica-se uma taxa de 25 € para check-ins após as 22:00).
13. CHECK-OUT: Deve ser efetuado até às 11:00. No momento da saída, por favor deixe as chaves em cima da secretária do seu quarto.

10. VISITS: Each tenant may only receive 1 visitor in the room, for a maximum of 3 nights during the entire stay.
11. PHOTOGRAPHS: Bedspreads, computers, decorative cushions, tote bags, items of clothing, etc., are exclusively for illustrative/decorative purposes during photo shoots and will not be provided to any tenant.
12. CHECK-IN: Available between 15:00 and 22:00 (a €25 fee applies for check-ins after 22:00).
13. CHECK-OUT: Must be done by 11:00. When you leave, please leave your keys on the desk in your room.
14. KEYS: Only one set of keys will be provided. Tenants are responsible for the careful use of their keys during their stay. Avoid leaving keys in the lock or mailbox. In the event of lost keys, damage to the keys/locks or the need for technical assistance to access the property, tenants will be responsible for all associated costs.
15. SMOKING: Strictly prohibited in all areas of the apartment, including bedrooms, communal areas and balconies.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases.
