Eine riesige Terrasse geht direkt von deinem Zimmer ab und steht dir zum Relaxen oder Grillen zur Verfügung. Nur du hast Zugang zur Terrasse.
Der Bodensee ist in nur 2 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad und in nur 9 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Direkt vor der Haustür befindet sich zudem eine Bushaltestelle.
Die Bahnstation ist ebenfalls nur 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt.
Öffentliche Parkplätze befinden sich direkt gegenüber vom Haus.
Die Unterkunft überzeugt durch ihre hervorragende Lage in Rorschach mit direkter Bahnverbindung nach St. Gallen. Auch Lindau (Bodensee) und Österreich sind in kürzester Zeit erreichbar, während du sogar Zürich bequem in nur etwa einer Stunde mit der Bahn erreichst.
Nur wenige Minuten entfernt lädt dich der Bodensee mit zahlreichen Restaurants, Bars und wunderschönen Uferpromenaden zum Entspannen ein.
Regionale Produkte wie frische Milch erhältst du direkt bei nahegelegenen Bauern.
Ein besonderes Highlight ist der „Fünfländerblick“, den du in nur ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichst.

The room is right next to the kitchen and the apartment entrance, so it almost feels like you have the place to yourself.
A huge terrace opens directly from your room and is available for you to relax or have a barbecue. Only you have access to the terrace.
Lake Constance is just a 2-minute bike ride or a 9-minute walk away.
There’s also a bus stop right outside the front door.
The train station is just a 5-minute walk away as well.
Public parking is available directly across from the house.
The accommodation stands out for its excellent location in Rorschach, with a direct train connection to St. Gallen. Lindau (Lake Constance) and Austria are also just a short trip away, while you can even reach Zurich comfortably in about an hour by train.
Just a few minutes away, Lake Constance invites you to relax with its numerous restaurants, bars, and beautiful lakeside promenades.
You can get regional products like fresh milk directly from nearby farmers.
A special highlight is the “Fünfländerblick” viewpoint, which you can reach in just about 10 minutes by car.
