Rooms for rent - Palmela

On Flatio since April 2023

You will be welcome in my house with garden near Palmela, 30 km south of Lisbon. I'm a 65-year-old French lady, and I live in this house where I rent the three bedrooms on the first floor.
In addition to the normal furniture, bed, table, office chair, storage, each room has an electric radiator, bed linen, two pairs of sheets, two towels, and a set of dishes.
On the same floor, there is a dehumidifier, and the "Coffee break Corner", where each cohabitant has their own space in the refrigerator and a pantry space. The house's kitchen can be shared as soon as you feel like cooking, by arrangement.
The bathroom is also located on the first floor and serves the three bedrooms.
If you have a car, you can park it safely inside the property.
The village, the motorway entrance and the train station are 5 minutes away by car and 30 minutes away on foot.
The nearest bus stop is 15 minutes away, and there is a bar-restaurant 10 minutes away.
I wish you an excellent co-housing experience!
Therefore, we must be willing to maintain harmony and tranquility, respect others and the place, maintain cleanliness and tidiness, with good disposition and tolerance!
However, if you want to stay exclusively focused on your affairs, you will find the necessary calm and respect.

Another nice detail: our place is 30 mn from Lisbon, 10 mn far from Setúbal and its famous grilled fish, close to Arrábida beautiful beaches, in Arrábida Natural Reserve.
