The apartment is modern with a sleek design and new furnishings throughout. Based in an ideal central location with everything you need within walking distance.

Also included free of charge was access to the co-working facilities with stunning views of the marina and cleaning services of the apartment once a week.

The hosts were absolutely superb and went above and beyond for my stay there. All in all, an excellent choice for the price, I would highly recommend it.

Wir waren 6 Wochen in Ponto Delgada und haben uns in der Wohnung und auch im Co-Working des "Solmar Shopping Center" sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Gebäude des "Solmar Avenida Center" wird 24 Stunden bewacht. Man ist also sehr sicher. Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt über diesem Shopping Center. Die Wohnung ist zentral in Ponto Delgada gelegen, trotzdem ruhig, modern eingerichtet und großzügig geschnitten. Die Küche ist großzügig und praktisch ausgestattet. Auch wenn alle 3 Zimmer belegt sind (A,B,C), ist viel Platz für jeden. Das Internet funktioniert in den gemeinschaftlich genutzten Räumen und im Zimmer gut. Waschmaschine und Trockner etc. alles vorhanden. 1x pro Woche kamen die fleißigen Reinigungskräfte, die sehr gründlich waren, sowie Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden gewechselt. Unser Zimmer hatte ein großes Doppelbett 180x200 cm mit einer festen, bequemen und neuen Matratze. Die Lage ist perfekt. Man wohnt in der Innenstadt direkt am Meer. Der Yachthafen und der öffentlich bewachte Badebereich befinden sich praktisch vor der Tür. Ein Supermarkt befindet gleich nebenan. Die Manager (Vítor Cruz und Beatrice) waren immer zur Stelle, beide sind sehr sympathisch, bemüht, hilfsbereit und wir hatten das Gefühl, dass die beiden wirklich möchten, dass sich die Gäste wohlfühlen und eine gute Zeit haben. Die Stimmung und Atmosphäre ist auch gerade deshalb in der Co-Working Area und in der Wohnung sehr entspannt und herzlich. Gegenseitige Rücksichtnahme und Respekt der Privatsphäre der Mitbewohner untereinander waren bei unserem Aufenthalt eine Selbstverständlichkeit. Wir können das Solmar Coliving sehr empfehlen!

Great place: right in the centre, modern, clean, fully equipped, includes weekly cleaning including towels and sheeting (!!), very friendly and helpful landlord/team: always there to help out, etc.
Entrance through small shopping centre, including bakery, general utilities and minimarket.... Includes free access to working space on the 1st floor. Basically all you need!

Right at the seafront, all of PDL within walking distance. Also very handy: individual numerical code entry... No hassle with keys...

Great experience, highly recommended: anytime again!!
