Let's take a closer look at the club and the requirements.
What is NIC?
The Nomad Inspectors Club (NIC) is a community of digital nomadism influencers, including nomads, experts, consultants, and content creators.
They stay at accommodations listed on Flatio, inspect them, and award them the "Nomad-Verified" badge if they meet remote work requirements, such as:
- Fast, reliable Wi-Fi
- Proper workspace
- Space for mediation and exercise
Their reviews and the badge help remote workers make informed decisions when renting through Flatio.
What are the minimum requirements to join NIC?
- Over 10k followers/subscribers on Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube
OR
- A website with over 40k monthly visits
What are the benefits?
- Free stays
- €20 Amazon voucher
- Increased visibility through Flatio's platform
What are the responsibilities of the Nomad Inspectors?
1- We require our Nomad Inspectors to create and post at least the following content on social media:
- A 1-minute video about the property and their experience
- A video walkthrough of the property
- Photos and videos of the property and its surroundings
2- We require our Nomad Inspectors to submit their property review using this form.
How can I submit my application to join NIC?
You can submit your application using this form.
We'll review it and get back to you as soon as possible.
NIC LITE for non-influencers
Do you NOT meet the minimum requirements for NIC membership?
Your opinion is still important to us, and we'd be delighted to receive your property review.
While the main club is aimed at influencers with a large following on social media, NIC LITE is open to all Flatio tenants who want to help remote workers and digital nomads find out if a property is suitable for remote work when they rent it.
