We offer for rent a 3.5-room apartment in a mixed-use residential building with 3 freight elevators built in 2010 at Bosákova Street No. 7.

The apartment consists of a large living room with a kitchen and 2 bedrooms, one of which is divided by a ventilation partition into 2 separate non-passable rooms. One of the rooms, therefore, does not have a window facing the street and is ventilated through a ventilation opening. It is ideal for someone who doesn't need daylight to sleep. The apartment includes a bathroom with a shower, washing machine, and dryer. Separate toilet. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances including a dishwasher.

The total area of the apartment is 62m2 + 2m2 balcony.

The mixed-use building on Bosákova Street offers a wide range of amenities on the ground floor as well as in the nearby area. The tram ride to the city center (Nám. SNP) takes 6 minutes, significantly saving time on commuting within Bratislava. Therefore, the apartment is suitable for someone working in the center or anywhere along tram route No. 3.
