Cozy and clean apartment in an attractive location close to 2 metro stations (3 minutes walk to Pankrác and Budějovická metro stations), close to shops, restaurants, Pankrác business district and Brumlovka business district. The Arkády Pankrác shopping center is a 3-minute walk from the house. The apartment is located on the 4th floor without elevator in a very quiet location. The window overlooks the quiet street and the garden of the opposite house. The apartment is very well equipped with TV, fridge, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, bed linen, towels, dish towels, dishes, cooking utensils ....).

Lenka was so communicative (despite the language barrier) and kind and the home was perfect! Such a convenient location, a safe a friendly building, too. The apartment is well-appointed and though small, has everything you need to enjoy your stay. I actually cried a little when I left, after 3 months it felt like home. Special kudos for Lenka for pricing the flat reasonably when others were price gouging. This stay enabled us to achieve a dream of emigrating with our pets, and for that we are eternally grateful. Thanks Lenka!

Neighborhood
Surrounded by shopping centres, you can't go wrong for a mid-long term stay. The area is not 'touristy' so don't expect many bars / clubs or people who want to engage in English, BUT, its friendly and convenient, with a nearby park (with outdoor gym), great beer gardens and excellent grocery stores. Plus 10 mins from the metro!

How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
