This is a calm, bright loft apartment in a quiet part of Prague 2, just a few minutes’ walk from the beautiful Vyšehrad park and fortress. It’s on Hostivítova Street, a peaceful, tree-lined spot that feels tucked away from the busy city — but you’re still close to everything.
The flat is designed to be flexible and comfortable for up to six people. It features a king-size bed in the bedroom, a sofa bed in the living room, and, upstairs in the loft area, a single bed and a folding bed. This setup works well for couples, families, or a small group of friends.
There’s a fully equipped kitchen for cooking at home, a full bathroom, and two additional toilets — very practical when you're not traveling alone. You’ll also have air conditioning and two smart TVs, so you can cool off and relax after a day out in the city. Please note that the loft area is open-plan and does not have doors.
What really makes this place special, though, are the outdoor spaces. There’s a large private terrace with a gorgeous open view all the way to Prague Castle — a great spot for a morning coffee or an evening drink as the sun sets over the rooftops. In addition, there’s a smaller balcony with a table and two chairs, perfect for reading, chatting, or just enjoying a bit of fresh air in peace. To help keep the stay comfortable for everyone, the terrace is equipped with a Minut Smart Home Sensor. It simply monitors general noise levels and basic environmental conditions on the terrace. For your privacy, it does not record any conversations and does not use cameras — it only measures sound levels. Whether you're here to explore the historical sites, take long walks through Vyšehrad park, or just slow down and enjoy a more local side of Prague, this loft is a comfortable and quiet place to come home to.

Our apartments are always thoroughly cleaned after each stay. This profound cleaning includes the elimination of germs causing many common viruses. Feel free to ask us more about our cleaning procedure. Your safety during your stay is our priority!
Please be aware that if your reservation exceeds one month, a cleaning fee of €80 will be charged every month. This fee covers changing hotel-quality linens and towels and has to be paid before check-in. If you require additional cleanings during your stay, the same fee will apply. However, check-out cleaning is included in your stay at no extra cost.
Please note the city tax is not included and must be collected before accommodating. The city of Prague requires €2.30 / per person / per night if your stay lasts less than 60 days. If your stay is longer, you do not need to pay the city tax.
Please follow our house rules, take good care of our apartment, and respect its neighbors. Breaking our house rules will terminate your rental agreement without any refund.
