Online agreement in your language. The basis is an agreement concluded in the language of the place of the lease, but the agreement is always translated into English and the most frequently used languages. The agreement is always signed online, so you can conclude it wherever you are in the world.
Guarantee of a trustworthy presentation of the apartment. With Flatio, you may rest assured the apartment looks exactly as presented. And if, by any chance, the condition of the apartment does not match the description in the listing, we will refund your full rent and fees and give you 7 days of free hotel rooms.
Comfortable extension. Do you want to stay longer in the apartment? No problem. If the owner confirms the apartment is available for you, you will extend the agreement online. Similarly, an agreement may be terminated with a simple 30-day notice, once again, online.
All-inclusive price. The rent includes all services, including utilities and Wi-Fi, and it is not charged unless it exceeds 15 % of the rent. This saves you a lot of paperwork at the time of the apartment handover. If a property does not offer Wi-Fi, it is clearly indicated on the listing page.
Always 30 days ahead. Whether you move in at the beginning or half way through the month, the rent paid always covers the 30 days that follow. With Flatio, the “month" always starts with you moving in and you will never pay multiple rents at the same time.
Take photos of the apartment. We recommend that you take photos showing the current condition of the apartment on the first and the last day of the lease and send the pictures to us. The photos, along with a signed handover report, will be of great assistance when dealing with any unpleasant situations we hope will never occur.

Basic but comfortable space, well-outfitted, in a quiet building. Located near public transportation, and within walking distance to essential shops as well as good food and entertainment options. Host were very helpful and responsive before, during, and after our visit.
Some of the furniture/appliances are dated, but the bedding and sofa are quite comfortable. The overall space is quite roomy for the price. Building has no lift, so be prepared for the stairs.

I don't want to repeat what others have already commented about furniture and heating, it is all true. I had a really good stay anyway. It is a nice flat in a good neighbourhood, 2 tram stations away from the main train station, so you can get anywhere in the city center in no time.

V bytě jsme bydleli pět týdnů. Byt je čistý, zařízený jednoduše, ale vše je funkční. V domě je klid. Lokalita je dobře dostupná z centra, zároveň je blízko pěšky do Riegrových sadů. Jediné, co nám trochu vadilo, byli lidi stahující se na lavičky před kostelem a velký nepořádek, co po nich zůstával. S majitelkou se komunikuje dobře, měli jsme problém s bojlerem, který byl z její strany vyřešený rychle a bezproblémově.

The apartment is ok for the price, and overall we had a good experience. That being said, the appliances are getting a bit old (especially the heating, we moved in the winter and we had a hard time getting the room warm the first few days, but once it got warm it was all good).
As a big plus, the owners where very helpful whenever we needed them.

The flat is nice and straightforward. Slightly basic but has everything necessary. It is very well located and convenient. The owners were very kind and helpful. We had some difficult moving circumstances and the owners were very flexible and extremely helpful and thoughtful throughout the rental period. Very nice to deal with.

The flat is ok for a short stay, but has a few flaws. Heating devices are not in a good shape for winter months. Furniture is overused, but still functional. I would recommend to invest some money in the renovation. Otherwise, Alex and Natalia were very responsive, answered our every need, helped with all the problems we had. The flat is located in a nice neighbourhood and close to the city centre which is nice. We had some noise problems with the upstair neighbours - people who tend to live in the building have parties and would not recommend this flat for the people who want quiet nights. But maybe it was just our luck and future tenants won’t have these problems. Overall: an older apartment in a nice location with very responsive landlords.
