Stylish, new studio apartment with balcony and panoramic view in popular area of Prague 3 only five minutes’ walk to Jiriho z Podebrad metro and tram station. Apartment is located on the 5th floor in the residential art nouveau building with elevator on Krasova street number 12. The whole building just underwent complete refurbishment and is very beautiful and representative. The studio is decorated in Scandinavian style and is fully equipped with new furniture and lighting including some decorations: large custom made closet; quality kitchen with dishwasher, induction electric cooker, hood, electric oven with microwave, fridge and stainless steel sink. Further it features round dining table with 3 armchairs, dresser, comfortable bed 140cm wide, extendable sofa, coffee table, smart TV, work desk with light, bookshelves, carpet, puff and plants. Bathroom offers glass shower, toilet, wash/basin, mirror case with built in light, washing machine. Balcony with great views offers table and 2 chairs. Apartment comes with bedding, towels, sheets and dishes as well as the vacuum cleaner and other cleaning devices including the iron and ironing board. No additional investments necessary. Storage space available on the underground level of the building. Mid or long term lease preferred. Studio is ideal for a non/smoker single professional without pets or a couple.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).

Flexible (14-days)
If you cancel your booking 14 days or more before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 7 days before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 6 days before the move-in date, you won’t get a refund of the first rent.
The service fee is always refundable.
If you send a message to Flatio's Support Team requesting cancelation of the booking ("termination from the start date") within 48 hours after the lease agreement becomes valid, you're entitled to get back all the money you paid for the service fee.
After 48 hours, you're entitled to a refund of the service fee in the form of a "voucher" equal to the amount of the service fee you paid. The voucher can be used for your next booking and is valid for 12 months. If the service fee for your next booking is lower than the voucher amount, we'll issue you a new voucher for the remaining amount, valid for 12 months.
