Cosy, fully furnished apartment with spacious livingroom - Prague Anděl (Smíchov). Just 5 minutes walking from metro/tram station Anděl.
The spacious livingroom is combined with a bedroom, located fittingly in the built-in floor. It means that sleeping area does not interfere the space of livingroom at all. Sleeping area is designed for 2 people.
Livingroom is equipped with a convertible (fold-out) couch, small dining table with bar stools, glass coffee table and cabinet with LCD TV. The room will be also equipped with the office desk & chairs.
The kitchen is full equipped. Devices such as gas cooker with electric oven, washing mashine, dishwasher, electric kettle, microwave, fridge with freezer, iron with board etc. are included.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, the toilet is separated.
Wireless internet is available. The smoke and carbon monooxide detector is installed.
The apartment is conceived as ready-to-move-in and fully usable just a few minutes after check-in.
Located in a safe district, a big shopping mall, cinema, parks, lot of restaurants and clubs in walking distance. Old town and other historical parts of Prague city centre are nearby, just few stops with various tram lines or metro.
The occupancy limit is 3 people (exceptions must be approved by a lessor). Because of maintaining the comfort level to further tenants, the no-smoking policy is strictly required, also the parties and pets are prohibited.
As well, we don't wish you to move bigger parts of furniture or large appliances into the apartment. It is equipped sufficiently, so you don't need to do so anyway :)

Once you send a booking request, the host is notified that you are interested in their listing. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your booking.

If the conditions for the withdrawal are met and the host can't fix the issue immediately, you have the option to withdraw from the lease agreement with a full refund. We'll also actively help you find an alternative accommodation and remain by your side until everything is fully resolved.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).

If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 13 days before the move-in date, you won’t get a refund of the first rent.
The service fee is always refundable.
If you send a message to Flatio's Support Team requesting cancelation of the booking ("termination from the start date") within 48 hours after the lease agreement becomes valid, you're entitled to get back all the money you paid for the service fee.
After 48 hours, you're entitled to a refund of the service fee in the form of a "voucher" equal to the amount of the service fee you paid. The voucher can be used for your next booking and is valid for 12 months. If the service fee for your next booking is lower than the voucher amount, we'll issue you a new voucher for the remaining amount, valid for 12 months.
