In a frequented part of Budapest, in a newly built house, a modern practically furnished 60 m2 apartment, that is ideal for couples, a family with even 1-2 small children, or even handicapped relatives.
This ground floor apartment consists of a spacious living room (30m2), a big American style kitchen and dining area (cca 22m2) and a big bathroom (cca 8m2), all easily accessible from the street with a baby carriage or a wheelchair through an imposing stairway. In the living room there is big size pull-down twin bed (160x200) in the cupboard, which if close in the morning, it leaves us with a huge space in the living room for any kind of free-time activities. The room is fully furnished for a comfortable stay, leather sofas, shelves, wardrobes for the easy and comfortable storing, cable TV, Wifi in the whole apartment.
The number of beds can be extended with a foldable baby bed, for older ones a cold foam mattress from which they cannot fall off and for adolescents or adults a foldable guest bed.
For families with a small child, a diaper changing table, a playing carpet, a high chair, a chamber pot and/or a toilet reducer provide the homely conditions.
The easily usable toilet and disabled friendly shower also allow handicapped guests to fully use them apartment without extra help.

For our guests, we provide bedding, towels, guest slippers, bathroom accessories. Guests with little children can find baby sheets and baby towels as well.

Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, if the owner has already approved your reservation request and you are no longer interested in it, only Flatio customer support can cancel it within 24 hours of approval. After this period, the reservation request can also be canceled by the owner.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid contract? In order to cancel your reservation for FREE, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time depends on the type of cancellation policy).
