Our employees use a mask, gloves and disinfectant gel while cleaning and disinfecting the apartment.
On the other hand, we provide a disinfectant gel and all cleaning products for all our guests.
Our apartment is ideal for mid and long-term stays, provided with:
- a fast WIFI Internet;
- TV with 150 cable channels;
- CD Player & Radio;
- fully-equiped: washing machine, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, microwaves, toaster, stove, water kettle, water heater, hair dryer, hair straightener, iron, ironing board, all utensils for self-catering, oil heater, fan;
- stock of basic foodstuffs (rice, pasta, tuna fish, olive oil, vinegar, oil for frying, salt, sugar, cinnamon);
- all clothes: bedsheets, pillows, towels, duvets, blankets, edredons and other set to replace the first one;
- free toiletries.
For long stays (higher than 27 days), we also offer a cleaning of the apartment once per month, which also includes the replacement of all clothes.
In this historic neighborhood of Lisbon abound trams (the most known is the n º 28), the Portuguese guitars accompanying artists singing Fado in several restaurants of Alfama and also the sardines and the "mangericos" (typical in June during the Festivities of Lisbon).
Also the esplanades, decorated streets and drying laundry hanging out the windows are permanently present in the alleys of Alfama.
Regarding the apartment: Its unique cozy, modern and simultaneously typical neighbourhood decoration will surely make you feel the real environment of the most typical and charismatic neighbourhood in Lisbon!
The apartment is very well located in the one of the main streets of Alfama (Rua da Regueira), where you can find almost everything: typical Fado restaurants, trendy bars, grocery stores with fresh fruit daily, typical bakeries with fresh bread, souvenirs, liquor stores, old barber shops, ...! In this beautiful Alfama location, a good night's rest is guaranteed as it's surprisingly quiet and silent during night period.
150 metres from the Fado Museum and from the river side, where cruise ships dock. “Feira da Ladra” (flea market) – the oldest market in Portugal – is in short walking distance of 5 minutes, as well as National Pantheon and “São Vicente de Fora” church. “São Jorge” Castle and some other beautiful sights (“Graça”, “Portas do Sol” and “Santa Luzia”) are also within walking distance from the apartment (less 10 minutes), allowing great photos to the visitors.
Suggestion: I highly recommend the famous tram nº 28 within 200 metres from the apartment. It will give you the opportunity to go through historic neighborhoods of Lisbon.

Once you send a reservation request, the landlord is notified that you are interested in his/her offer. From that moment, he/she has 24 hours to approve or reject your reservation.
Landlords are mainly interested in the profile of their tenant. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your reservation will more likely get approved.
You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, if the owner has already approved your reservation request and you are no longer interested in it, only Flatio customer support can cancel it within 24 hours of approval. After this period, the reservation request can also be canceled by the owner.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid contract? In order to cancel your reservation for FREE, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time depends on the type of cancellation policy).
