The flat has everything you need for a temporary or even long-term stay.
The only disadvantage of the flat is no elevator but it can quickly turn into a healthy plus ;)

One big room with an equipped kitchen, dining area, and a chill area with a foldable sofa (can serve as an extra bed, 140cm wide when unfolded), armchairs, smart TV, and bookcase.
Little sleeping room with two single beds which can be used for the home office as well.
The highlight of the flat is a huge terrace (ca 16m2) with a long view of the woods facing east.

Fully reconstructed bathroom with shower and toilet. Entrance hall with shoe cabinet, a hanger, and a mirror.

The flat is fully furnished with furniture and equipment (stove, fridge & freezer, washing machine, microwave, cattle, smart TV, internet). Kitchenware, bedding, and towels are of cause present as well.

The flat is suitable and very comfortable for 2 people, the maximum occupancy here is 3.
