Flat for rent - Prague 9 - Liben

We are happy to host you in our cozy bright 1 bedroom apartment of size 49m2 + 6m2 cellar. Apartment is situated on 2nd floor in typical Prague town house with an elevator located on street U Svobodárny. There are common balconies in common areas of the house.

Apartment promises cozy living in attractive part of the city only 15 min. from the downtown (by metro or tram). There is just about everything you wish for living around including: famous Prague event hall O2 Arena, Mall Harfa, small shops of all kinds, coffees and beautiful green areas (parks Podvinni Mlyn or Rokytka). The street itself is calm with perfect access to public transport.

Layout: from corridor you will get into small living room with kitchen corner. Bathroom with WC and bath is on the left from the entrance. Spacious bedroom is on the right from the entrance.

Flat is designed in Boho & Ethno & Eko style. It offers very nice standard of furnishing - wooden floors in both rooms, couch (can be used as a double bed), spacious bed. Flat can be described as smart - it is rather smaller but offers a lot of storage spaces. It is therefore suitable also for small family or people with a lot of luggage.

We are fans of Urban Jungle concept therefore we cultivate many interesting house plants. We will be happy if our tenants continue taking care of them:-) We also separate waste as much as we can. We also filter tap water with Japanese charcoal Binchotan from Binchio company - we will keep charcoal sticks for tenant.

2 tram stations are located 1 min. from house. Metro Českomoravská is up to 2 min. from house. There is a small grocery store in the ground floor of our house. Just in front of the house is nice coffee shop and gym Strong and Beauty. Shopping mall Harfa is just
on the corner of the street.

Parking: in front of the house on residential card or in the shopping mall Harfa.
Internet - O2, very fast, included.
TV - there is a TV but we used it only to connect with PC. In case you want, we can arrange TV/Netfix subsription for another 1.000 CZK monthly.
