All shops for daily needs are around the corner, an outdoor market where you can buy fresh fruits, vegetables and various gastronomic specialties to enjoy a meal or take a break in one of the many cosy restaurants or street cafés.
The fully equipped apartment near the Vienna International Centre (UNO City) and the Vienna trade fair ground (Wiener Messe). While reaching the UNO City by taking the subway U1 for only 2 stations, the fair ground is within walking distance of about 7 minutes.
Very near as well, the Prater football stadium (Ernst-Happel-Stadion) and the horse racing track of Krieau. Also within walking distance is the embarking point for crossings to Bratislava or in the famous wine region of Wachau.
Please consider that parking a car on the street is just for short period of time available for a fee, but access to public transportation could not be better and more comfortable.

Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
