Das Apartment wurde gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet auf 30m² Platz für bis zu 3 Gästen.
Das Apartment besitzt ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, einer ausziehbarer Couch für eine dritte Person und einen Esstisch.
Die Küche des Apartments wurde voll ausgestattet (Elektro-Herd. Spüle, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster und Wasserkocher).
Das kleine Badezimmer ist mit einer Dusche und einem WC ausgestattet.

Die perfekte Verkehrsanbindung durch die U-Bahn Linie 1 sorgt für schnelle Wege an jeden Ort der Stadt. Die Station der U-Bahn liegt direkt vor der Haustür.
Studenten erreichen die Universitäten der Stadt in kurzer Zeit, ebenso wie Besucher schnell zu den touristischen Highlights der Donaumetropole gelangen.

Der Wohnraum / Schlafraum
Gut ausruhen im bequemen Doppelbett und am gemütlichen Sofa am Abend noch eine Serie im Kabelfernsehen geniessen. Der Esstisch darf auch als Arbeitsplatz dienen, es steht gratis WLAN mit unlimitierter Internetanbindung zur Verfügung. Das Sofa kann erweitert werden und so als dritter Schlafplatz dienen.

Die Küche
Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, es stehen alle Utensilien bereit um Mahlzeiten selbst zuzubereiten. Mit Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Toaster für Frühstück sowie ein Backrohr für Pizza oder andere Speisen wird die Ausstattung komplettiert. Selbstverständlich finden Sie auch Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach und Mikrowellenherd in dieser praktischen Küche.

Das Badezimmer
Das blitzsaubere Badezimmer hat eine Duschecke und Waschbecken, hier befindet sich auch die Toilette.

Ich garantiere meinen Gästen absolute Sauberkeit der Wohnung und Ausstattung, ich stelle frisches Bettzeug und saubere Hand- und Badetücher, sowie Toilettenpapier zur Verfügung.
Kinderbett, Hochstuhl, Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett, Wäscheständer, Fön und Staubsauger auf Anfrage.

Zugang für Gäste
Gäste haben Zutritt zu allen Bereichen des Apartments, das Apartment ist rund um die Uhr zugänglich. Ich lebe in der Stadt und bin gerne für meine Gäste erreichbar.

Die Lage
Nicht weit befindet sich die Donauinsel, der Wiener liebstes Naherholungsgebiet mit einer Vielzahl an sportlichen Aktivitäten und einer lebendigen Lokalszene am Ufer der Donau. Alle Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf wie Supermarkt und Bäckerei, befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, ebenfalls ein Strassenmarkt mit frischem Obst und Gemüse, dort finden Sie auch charmante Restaurants und Cafés mit allerlei Wiener und internationalen Spezialitäten. Ums Eck ist auch die Post, Bargeldautomat sowie eine Apotheke.

Verkehrsmittel
Das wichtigste Verkehrsmittel ist die U-Bahnlinie 1 (rot), damit erreicht man in 10 Minuten das Zentrum der Stadt, den Stephansdom, mit einmal Umsteigen in die U4 kommt man rasch zum Schloß Schönbrunn. Am besten ein Zeitkarte der Wiener Linien kaufen und stressfrei mit einem der besten öffentlichen Verkehrssysteme der Welt die Kulturmetropole an der Donau erkunden.

Falls sie mit dem Auto anreisen: Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Bezirk und hier gilt eine Kurzparkzone von 9-19 Uhr mit einer maximalen Dauer von 3 Stunden. Eine viertel Stunde ist gratis, eine halbe Stunde kostet € 1,25, eine Stunde € 2,50 (Stand 2023), Parkscheine sind in Tabak/Zeitungsläden erhältlich, in der Nähe finden sich auch einige Parkgaragen.
Falls sie mit dem Zug anreisen: Die U-Bahnlinie 1 bringt sie ohne Umsteigen vom Hauptbahnhof direkt vor die Haustür.
