Flatio Teams Up With ICNEA to Make Property Management Easier for Landlords

31. august 2022 · 2 minute

Flatio is pleased to announce that it has partnered with ICNEA, a leading provider of intelligent property management solutions, to make it easier for landlords to manage the properties they rent.

Barcelona-based ICNEA has developed all-in-one property management software that provides a better rental experience for our landlords.

About 20,000 properties, 290,000 reservations, and bookings worth more than €3.6 million have been managed to date by ICNEA, which was founded in 2001 and consists of a team of hospitality experts.

Flatio hosts can now access ICNEA's Channel Manager and manage their revenue, discounts, invoices, and finances quickly and efficiently.

With ICNEA, landlords can easily synchronize their listings, prices, booking details, and descriptions across multiple platforms and boost their rental business.

The partnership is the result of Flatio's commitment to harnessing the power of automation to provide landlords with an effortless and seamless experience when managing their properties.

We already use automated solutions in various areas of our business to give hosts and guests peace of mind and save them valuable time.

By partnering with ICNEA, Flatio is taking automation even further given its importance in today's digital world. The global property management software market is forecast to reach $4.1 billion in five years, growing at a compound annual growth rate of 5.4% from 2022 to 2027, and Flatio will continue to leverage the latest technologies to develop new innovative offerings.

The new service is available to all our landlords worldwide. To use it, they should:

  • Access MyRentals,
  • Go to their personal profile by clicking on their profile picture,
  • Select "Integrations", and
  • Select "Connect" in the ICNEA section.

A worthwhile partnership

Radim Rezek, co-founder and CEO of Flatio, is excited about the partnership with ICNEA and believes it'll add real value to landlords and their business.

“Thanks to the partnership with ICNEA, Flatio will be able to provide thousands of verified listings suitable for monthly stays to our global community of new age workers, including location-independent professionals known as digital nomads, who want to visit and stay in Spain,” he says.

What sets ICNEA apart is that they have more than 20 years of experience working with local landlords and always stay on top of the latest trends to provide the best experience for users, Rezek added.

The partnership will provide tenants with a new revenue stream, especially with the post-pandemic surge in remote work and the return of travel, he said, noting that ICNEA users can easily manage all their reservations directly through their account.

Xavier Marín, CEO of ICNEA, says the partnership will add value to property managers "because of the good reputation both companies have in the vacation rental market."

Flatio hopes the new service will give landlords more control over their business and provide them with a pleasant, cost-effective property management experience.

And we'll continue to look for new partnership opportunities that further empower our landlords and tenants and help them host and rent more efficiently.
